Customized Enrollment Support

We understand that navigating your way through the enrollment process from a distance can be challenging, and we're here to help! Our eCampus Enrollment Navigators offer enrollment support services to all prospective students that are customized to your specific needs surrounding admission requirements, transfer credits, financial aid, and more.

Credit for Prior Learning

We understand that students can acquire learning from a variety of sources outside of the traditional classroom including work experience and military training. eMajor programs offer an opportunity for those prior learning experiences to be assessed for college credit through methods like portfolio submission and credit by exam among other possibilities. Learn more about credit for prior learning opportunities with eMajor.

Public University System of Georgia Institutions

There are a lot of online education providers out there, and as a prospective student, it can be difficult to distinguish the good from the bad. eMajor programs are offered through public, SACSCOC-accredited institutions within the University System of Georgia. With eMajor programs, you can trust that the degree you're earning is from a quality, reputable college or university that employers will know and respect.

Free Unofficial Transcript Evaluation

It is common for students to transfer into eMajor degree programs with several existing hours of completed college credit under their belt. Whether your credit is recent or decades old, understanding how your classes might count toward a specific degree is an important part of deciding which program and/or institution is right for you. That's why we offer a free unofficial transfer evaluation against any eMajor program before you even apply for admission! Upload your transcripts today to take advantage of this offer.

Student Success Team

Students enrolled in eMajor courses are supported by the eCampus Student Success Team (SST) in addition to existing student resources available at our participating institutions. The eCampus student success model is built on a proactive approach to increase engagement in the online classroom. SST outreach starts before the first day of class, with online tutorial classes and personal start-of-term phone calls. During the term, we work closely with instructors to identify and make contact with students who may need access to additional resources such as tutoring or counseling.

Our team is invested in the success of our students, and we promise you will never feel alone with the eCampus Student Success Team in your corner.

Convenience and Flexibility

eMajor courses are taught entirely online in an asynchronous format. Students are not required to log in for assigned "class times." Each course has a syllabus and schedule to follow, but students are free to complete these assignments before work in the morning, on a lunch break, or even in their pajamas after kids are put to bed. And with full 16-week courses in addition to accelerated 8-week courses, finishing your degree is more flexible than ever with eMajor.

eCampus Library & Writing Center

All eMajor students have exclusive access to the eCampus Library & Writing Center course at no cost. Students are able to connect with librarians and English tutors one-on-one for specialized assistance with their courses as these individuals also have access to eMajor course materials. Examples of the specialized assistance available through this resource include help with research, formatting and citation style, finding study aids, and avoiding plagiarism.

Free Online Tutoring

All students enrolled in eMajor courses have access to free online tutoring options which can be accessed directly from their courses. Resources include Tutor.com which is available 24/7 for live or scheduled tutoring. In addition, students have access to the specialized eCampus English Tutors in all courses and eCampus STEM Tutors in all Math, Science, and technology courses.

Embedded Digital Textbooks

In addition to student success, one of the hallmarks of eCampus-supported programs is a commitment to lowering student costs related to higher education. As part of that initiative, Open Educational Resources (OER) have been adopted in place of traditional textbooks in the majority of eMajor courses. Several eMajor degrees are now 100% OER, which means there are no textbook purchases required for those courses!
