ORGL 2800 - Ethics and Leadership

Description

The objective of this course is to explore the theories, models, and constructs related to the study and practice of ethics and leadership. Teaches students to develop ethical decision making strategies, communicate effectively in diverse group settings, value civic engagement and actively apply ethical leadership skills.

Learning Objectives

After completing this course, students will be able to:

• Articulate theories and models associated with ethics and leadership.
• Develop ethical decision making strategies.
• Identify organizational code of ethics and the relevance within an institution.
• Explain moral character and the ideal traits of a leader.
• Describe the ethics relevant to giving orders or directives.
