SPED 3299 - Practicum I: P-5 Field Experience
Description
Provides structured field experience in P-5 settings where candidates implement and reflect on evidence-based instructional practices under the guidance of a mentor teacher.
Learning Objectives
Implement instructional strategies and supports that address the academic and behavioral needs of P-5 students with disabilities.
Collaborate with mentor teachers and other professionals to support inclusive practices and individualized instruction.
Reflect on P-5 teaching practices and field experiences to evaluate their impact on student learning and inform future instructional decisions.
