This course focuses on principles and methods involved in the movement of goods and services from producer to consumer.

Learning Objectives

  • Demonstrate an understanding of how environmental forces affect marketing decisions and be able to apply this knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of marketing information for gaining insights about the marketplace and be able to apply this knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of social media marketing and the 4E framework.
  • Identify the appropriate promotion tools for communicating with customers and understand the importance of integrated marketing communications.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of international, ethical, and social issues as they apply to marketing.
  • Develop a marketing plan that demonstrates the ability to reach a selected target market through the marketing mix.
