Request for Credit for Prior Learning

Student Requests for prior learning must be approved by the student’s home institution. Once approval is received, the student will be enrolled for the challenge exam or the portfolio workshop.

If a challenge exam is required, the student will have 15 business days to complete the exam after approval is received.

Students should not submit the form until they are fully prepared to complete the exam.
