ORGD 4100 - Applied Financial Analysis

Description

This course equips future organizational leaders and entrepreneurs with practical financial analysis skills essential for sound decision-making. With a focus on real-world application, students will learn how to interpret financial data, assess organizational health, make informed investment and budgeting decisions, and communicate financial insights clearly. Topics include understanding financial statements, evaluating performance, budgeting and forecasting, assessing profitability, and valuing new ventures or initiatives. In addition, the course introduces foundational data visualization tools to help students interpret financial and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
