HRMT 3390 Employment Law *(MGNT 3390 - Human Resources Law)


Employment Law is an upper-level management course intended for Human Resources majors and other students interested in personnel law. This course is intended to provide a solid understanding of employment law for human resources professionals. Extensive use will be made of case law in addition to discussion and readings. Students are expected to prepare and present cases, as well as discussing them with others in the class.
